HR Manager and Global HR Compliance Coordinator

Animals Asia is seeking a HR Manager and Global HR Compliance Coordinator to oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR and Admin professionals and manage day-to-day HR workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' progressive experience in HR Operations or HR risk management
• Experience scaling HR processes globally
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Proficiency in HRIS and process automation tools
• Strong analytical skills for HR audits and reporting
• Strong project management skills for global HR initiatives
• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, benchmarking, and labour laws
• International HR best practices and HR Compliance
• Detailed knowledge of local country employment practices, labour laws and regulation
• Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
