
Job description
The Bilingual Case Processing Aide provides operational and logistical support to Case Processing Specialists and facility staff within an ICE processing environment. This role assists with coordinating detainee movement, facilitating communication between operational teams, and supporting administrative workflows that enable efficient case processing operations.
Provide direct support to Case Processing Specialists during daily processing operations, assist with organizing case files and preparing documentation packets, deliver and retrieve documents, and maintain organized document staging areas.
This role requires strong organizational and time-management abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated processing team, and professional communication skills in fast-paced operational environments.
