Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager provides dedicated human resources leadership supporting Anovaeon's case processing operations within an ICE processing facility. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions for on-site personnel, including employee relations, onboarding, workforce coordination, compliance support, and HR administration.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all on-site personnel, provide HR guidance and support to supervisors and program leadership, address employee concerns and workplace issues, promote a positive and professional workplace environment, coordinate onboarding processes, support recruitment coordination, ensure new employees complete required documentation and onboarding requirements, and assist with credentialing and clearance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or workforce management
• Experience supporting operational or government program environments
• Experience handling employee relations and HR compliance matters
• Experience supporting large operational teams or shift-based workforces
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification
