
Job description
The Operations Coordinator provides flexible operational support across Anovaeon’s case processing program and broader operational activities. This role assists leadership with program coordination, logistics planning, documentation development, reporting support, and operational problem solving.
Responsibilities may include assisting with standard operating procedure development, preparing operational reports, coordinating logistics, supporting communication with external partners, and helping leadership implement operational initiatives.
This role requires strong organizational and coordination abilities, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
