The Project Manager is a core member of our project management team responsible for managing Drywall projects on high profile developments across the Chicagoland area while building excellent lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Obtain, organize, and analyze project documentation
- Extract key bid information and store it in project folders
- Study bid documents, blueprints, and specifications for accurate estimates
- Perform precise quantity surveys matching scope requirements
- Manage time effectively for client interactions, and ongoing projects
- Communicate with clients to understand unique project needs
- Tailor written proposals to each project and customer
- Follow up with clients for feedback and future project opportunities
- Set up projects per negotiated scope, extracting essential information
- Monitor job costs, ensuring quality control and budget adherence
- Manage document flow for job-specific information and changes
- Handle multiple customers and projects daily, maintaining availability
- Complete project closeout, capturing all costs and negotiating extra work
