Job Description
We are launching an ambitious new venture in the Agentic AI space, and we're looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to lead product & technology strategy and development from day one. Our vision is to make the legal industry 10Ă— more efficient through AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Hands-on builder. You prototype quickly and turn ideas into working features in days.
- Practical AI experience. You’ve built with modern LLM tools—agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings—and know what works in production.
- User-value focus. You measure success by customer impact and time saved, not vanity metrics.
- Ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes and think long-term about product and company value.
- Bias for shipping. You pick simple solutions, automate routine tasks, and release early and often.
- Team builder. You attract and develop strong engineers and foster a supportive, high-standards culture.
- Clear communicator. You explain technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
