Our client is part of a leading IT company group in the healthcare market with around 800 employees. We are currently looking for a HR Generalist (m/w/d) with a focus on recruiting & personnel management to strengthen the team in Heidelberg.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or study in the field of personnel management, economics or comparable
- First work experience in the HR field, preferably with a focus on recruiting and/or personnel accounting
- Knowledge of German labor law
- Secure appearance, communication strength and joy in dealing with people
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Very good German knowledge, good English knowledge desirable
