Antenna Group is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR activities and partner closely with the business on people-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Experience supporting recruitment processes and working closely with hiring managers
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
- Experience managing employee documentation and HR systems (HRIS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- High ethical standards and alignment with the values of Antenna Group
