Customer Success Manager

Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to grow and manage our most critical customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience owning enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding retention quota
• Excellent communication especially with technical or complicated products
• Thrives in dynamic environments where there is change and ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
