High-Value Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a High-Value Coordinator to join our Philanthropy and Special Events team. The role will support the growth of Anthony Nolan's high-value fundraising programme, providing essential operational and stewardship support across mid-level and major giving.

What You Will Do

Manage supporter communications, assist with proposals and reporting, help to coordinate events and cultivation activities, and maintain accurate CRM data. Support key initiatives such as the Giving Circle and contribute directly to income generation through a small trust mailing.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience using CRM/database systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills
• Interest in fundraising, philanthropy, or the charity sector
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, database management, and web-based technologies such as Sharepoint and MS Teams
