Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Machine Learning Systems Engineer to join their Reinforcement Learning Engineering team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving algorithms and systems for training AI models like Claude, involving rigorous experimentation and impact research. Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong candidate may also have experience with: high-performance, large-scale distributed systems, large-scale LLM training, Python, implementing LLM finetuning algorithms, performing profiling of RL pipeline, building instrumentation to detect slow training.
- Strong candidates may also have experience with: performance, large-scale distributed systems, large-scale LLM training, Python, implementing LLM finetuning algorithms, performing profiling of RL pipeline, making changes to finetuning systems, implementing a new training algorithm, being from an underrepresented group.
