Requirements

• Strong expertise in HiBob (HRIS), including advanced knowledge of workflows, reporting, and system optimization
• Proven experience streamlining manual HR processes through automation
• Experience managing or working within a People Ops / HR ticketing environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing external partner portals
• Experience overseeing the reconciliation of data flows between internal records and external payroll systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
