Requirements

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
• Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
• Financial savvy and keen attention to detail
• Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
