Requirements
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
- Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
- Financial savvy and attention to detail
- Active user and promoter of technology
- Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment
