Product Manager

A. O. Smith Corporation, North America Water Heating BU seeks a Product Manager to manage product lines, drive pricing and margin performance, and lead NPD projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical background strongly preferred
• 3+ years relevant experience (product management, engineering, commercial, ops)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and deliver outcomes
• Comfort with financials (P&L drivers, margin, pricing, business cases)
• Strong executive-ready communication (written + verbal)
