Job Description
The Assistant Maintenance Director supports the upkeep and functionality of apartment communities by performing repairs and maintenance. Ensures work orders are completed promptly and assists with routine property inspections.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of basic electric, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation/removal and repairs.
- HVAC, EPA, and CPO certified required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience required.
- At least one (1) apartment maintenance experience required.
- Experience in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units in multifamily industry a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
