Assistant Maintenance Director

The Assistant Maintenance Director supports the upkeep and functionality of apartment communities by performing repairs and maintenance on various systems.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool systems.
• Ensure work orders are responded to within 24-48 hours and completed as soon as possible.
• Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner, delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform all other duties as required and assigned
