Job Description
The Make-Ready Technician plays a vital role in preparing apartment units for new residents by performing general maintenance and repairs, ensuring units and property facilities are in optimal condition. Excellent customer service, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with local regulations are key components of this role.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, drywall/paint, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation, removal, and repairs.
- Experience with turnovers and make-readies of vacant units in the multifamily industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work on-call, including after-hours and weekends, as needed.
