Events Assistant & Driver

Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Events Assistant & Driver to drive our food truck across the UK to support our food tasting events. You’ll be working with the marketing and sales teams at events such as trade shows and exhibitions.

What You Will Do

Driving our 3.5-tonne vans to events, loading/unloading the van and setting up event equipment, heating and preparing food to expected standards, serving food to customers and prospects as part of tasting events.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
• Passion for customer service
• Experience in a customer service role
• Organised and able to manage your time
• A dependable, can-do attitude and good timekeeping
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Team player - able to work with others to achieve shared goals
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays (typically twice per week)
• Comfortable with physical work and early starts
• Flexible approach to working hours (including occasional weekends)
