
Job description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Support Partner to manage incoming calls from professional partners, accompany users on platform issues, and ensure a smooth orientation of requests.
Receive and process incoming calls, accompany users on simple issues, identify requests, and transfer them to relevant services.
This role requires a professional and reactive service quality, with an average volume of 20-30 calls per day.
