Representative, Customer Service and Support

This role is responsible for delivering APLL's commitment to key and complicated customers, meeting day-to-day operations requirements, and participating in vendor logistics programs.

Requirements

• Execute established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers' requirements
• Problem resolution, cost savings, and profitability
• Periodic review of costs and revenue
• Service gap identification and solution implementation
• Vendor and customer relationship development
• Support vendor logistics program
• Onboarding customer service representatives
