Requirements

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize business profitability
• Analyze results to identify business needs and convert into individual execution plans and goals
• Manage all staff to provide top-notch customer service
• Discover and recruit outstanding talents to build and maintain performance-driven teams
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Conduct in-store education, 1:1 coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards in line with the brand's image
