Data Annotation Operations Expert

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotation Operations Expert to support delivery of voice and video annotation projects for Blue Machines and Cartesia.

Requirements

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of voice and video annotation projects
• Manage onboarding and training of evaluators and QC resources
• Track daily progress, quality, and timelines across projects
• Support process setup, documentation, and SOP creation
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues proactively
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain reporting on project status, output, and quality metrics
