The Client Services Coordinator I acts as the primary contact for inputting client orders into the company database. The role involves order processing, communication with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records.
Accurately input client orders, process incoming orders, check product availability, verify pricing, and maintain records. Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
This role requires strong data entry skills, time management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and proficiency with order entry processes and software.
