The Business and Capacity Planning Analyst will support the Apple Store Online Product organization by optimizing business processes, identifying business insights, and translating complex data into executive and organizational focused business deliverables.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in a technically oriented business planning, chief of staff, or program management role
- Experience with resource forecasting and capacity planning processes, across large teams, in a project portfolio landscape
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Strong strategic and business acumen with demonstrated ability to connect complex concepts and influence senior leadership
- Proven ability to develop and create high-impact executive presentations and strategic communications
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, is detail-oriented and easily manages multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
