CPU Processor Performance Verification Engineer

As a CPU Processor Performance Verification Engineer, you will work closely with architects and RTL designers to verify the performance of CPU features in chip designs. This role involves correlating with pre-silicon and post-silicon models, developing test plans, writing assembly tests, and debugging performance issues. The focus is on improving and maintaining architectural performance models to ensure all feature performance is covered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in performance modeling, processor verification, or RTL design
• Experience in digital logic design, CPU architecture, and microarchitecture
• Experience in developing performance test plans and writing/debugging assembly tests
• Programming skills in assembly, C/C++, Verilog, System Verilog, or scripting
