Product Manager, AppleCare

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience
• Experience with product lifecycle development and launch
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing
• Experience with device protection programs, warranty or service operations
• Experience in B2C and B2B environments
