Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology
• 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics
• Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques
• Experience working with business leads to define and execute process and technology roadmaps
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support
