Youth and Family Therapist position available at Applewood Centers, providing in-home assessment, treatment, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy to adolescents and families. Flexible schedule and travel required. Opportunity to grow clinical skills and work with a dedicated team of professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Level or higher professional with major field of study in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or human services field
• LSW, LPC or MFT
• Prior experience in delivery of mental health services in home/community to children and families with complex needs
• Flexibility of schedule and ability to travel
