HR Business Partner Senior Manager

Applied Materials is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to lead professional HR Business Partners in Taiwan. The role will report to the Taiwan Country HR Head and will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance talent productivity and growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including significant leadership responsibilities as a strategic HR Partner in a complex and matrixed enterprise.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience
• Significant leadership responsibilities as a strategic HR Partner in a complex and matrixed enterprise
• Ability to conceptualize 3 to 5 year strategies and roadmaps
• Experience in organization design and development
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools and systems to enable data-driven decision making
• Prior success leading high performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees
• Demonstrated experience working dynamically with a strong capability to adapt to changes in the internal or external environment
• Good Business English skills to be able to communicate with multinational stakeholders
