
Job description
The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring safe and effective production environments. This position focuses on process design, capacity planning, and continuous improvement, while supporting new product introductions and factory layout optimization.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, lead Industrial Engineering projects, design and optimize plant layouts, support new product introduction, conduct ergonomics and human factors assessments, develop and maintain capacity models, collaborate cross-functionally, establish and standardize processes, perform simulations and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing environments, knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, ability to perform ROI analysis and simulations, strong collaboration and communication skills.
