Plasma Etch System Engineering Director

Applied Materials is seeking a Plasma Etch System Engineering Director to lead and manage plasma etch system projects, develop long-range plans, and provide guidelines and leadership to engineering teams.

Requirements

• BS in ME, EE, ChemE, Mat Sci, or related area
• 8-12+ years of etch system experience in semiconductor equipment industry
• Ability to influence at all levels, vocal with opinions
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to breakdown using root cause problem solving skills and make recommendations from multiple design options and interpret data to determine system capability
