SRE Manager

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to lead and scale operational teams. The leader will be accountable for MTTR, SLA governance, SRE best practices, DevOps platform stability, operational excellence, and end-to-end incident, problem and change management.

Requirements

• 12+ years in DevOps/SRE, including 4+ years leading teams.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, Cloud & Containers, Scripting & IaC, Observability, ALM & Collaboration.
• Proven experience running production-critical CI/CD systems and operational support teams.
• Deep understanding of SRE metrics, incident management, and automation-first DevOps culture.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
