Technical Project/Program Manager

As a Technical Project/Program Manager, you'll act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Service Business Units, and lead project plan execution, program objectives, and business process improvements.

Requirements

• Act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Service Business Units
• Coordinate activities within AGS Operations and external suppliers to ensure no risk to customers
• Responsible for Business Process improvements
• Prepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives
• Run cross-functional program reviews
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specs
• Release engineering process documents
• Data & Analytics, Technical writing (design documentation, specs, program updates)
