Role Overview

We're searching for a Manager- Software Engineering to join our Epic Engineering team in Bengaluru location. What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using.NET for backend development and ReactJS for frontend development. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-9 engineers including Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and QA professionals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in people management
• Proven experience leading teams working on micro frontend and microservice architectures
• Strong backend development skills with REST API design and development expertise
• Hands‐on experience with C# /.NET, ReactJS, TypeScript / JavaScript, SQL Server
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and modular architecture patterns
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• Excellent cross‐functional collaboration skills
