
Job description
As an Associate Customer Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing world-class customer service while troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems.
Provide effective customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems to higher level support technicians.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, but not required. Ability to quickly learn software and gain basic understanding of assigned product area.
