Job description
Lead the Indio Engineering team in transforming the insurance industry through innovative technology. Guide a talented team of engineers building end-user data collection flows, integrations between systems, and a new foundational form data framework. Drive AI-Assisted Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices across the team.
Be accountable for the performance and results of the team, lead, mentor, and grow a team of Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers. Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture. Own end-to-end delivery of engineering commitments, ensuring the team ships releasable, high-quality software on schedule.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in an engineering leadership or management role. Hands-on proficiency with our core tech stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and REST API frameworks.
