Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Engineering (AI Engineering) to guide a technical team. This role will provide expertise to ensure effective delivery and a high-quality results throughout the development of AI-based services.

Lead a team of engineers to deliver a series of AI agents and AI-based services, provide professional and technical leadership, empower the team with clear goals and a data-informed approach, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaborate with other teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience creating high quality and scalable solutions
• 8+ years of experience confirming requirements, technical designs, testing, and production readiness
• 3+ years managing engineering teams and providing feedback to ensure velocity and quality
• Ability to provide coaching and guidance on software development best practices, DevOps, Security best practices, and cloud native architecture
• Technical leadership of Generative AI initiatives
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodology and testing practices
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain technical teams
• Experience with Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
