Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

We're searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our DevOps and SRE team in a remote or hybrid capacity. You'll lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, influence technical and business leadership, and drive alignment across complex organizational ecosystems.

Lead prioritization and develop integrated program plans, expertly identify and manage complex dependencies, deliver regular updates and insights, and drive resolution of bottlenecks and address interdependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing technical and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to facilitate productive conflict and build consensus
• Experience identifying organizational trends and patterns and incorporating them proactively into program planning and risk mitigation strategies
• Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders with diverse viewpoints
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across matrixed, cross-functional organizations
• Deep understanding of software development practices, cloud-based delivery models, and DevOps and SRE principles
