We are looking for a candidate to provide high-level customer support as an Italian Customer Service representative, working remotely from home. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, creating and maintaining relationships of trust with customers, and recording and monitoring correspondence and customer requests within the CRM.

Requirements

• Excellent Italian language skills (C1-C2)
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Computer management and knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve problems and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented and willing to help others
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
