Requirements
- Ability to run a daily route and resolve customer pest concerns and issues
- Maintenance of truck and equipment in proper working order
- Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
- Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customers and implement efficient pest solutions
- Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
- Advising customers of potential problems and keeping management informed of any problems encountered
- Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage
