AQR is a global investment firm seeking a Client Services Analyst to support their International Lux Fund platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient account onboarding, accurate and timely flow processing, high-quality data dissemination, and responsive client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, fund operations, or client servicing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with an interest in improving processes and data quality
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools or platforms is advantageous
