The General Manager role at Aqua-Tots Swim School leads team development, customer experience, sales growth, and daily swim school operations to ensure families receive world-class swim lessons in a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the school
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR certified & Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license
