Lead Engineer - Mechanical Component

Role Overview

The Lead Engineer - Mechanical Component will be responsible for performing mechanical design of heat exchangers, ensuring quality of manufacturing drawings, and leading a team of engineers. The role requires strong knowledge of pressure vessel codes and heat exchange equipment standards, as well as experience in power plant engineering.

What You Will Do

The engineer will execute analytical mechanical calculations, read contracts and specifications, and lead mechanical sizing of products. They will also check documentation, manufacturing drawings, and participate in internal design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering activities in industrial environment
• Experience in power plant engineering
• Strong knowledge in pressure vessel codes and heat exchange equipment standards and guidelines
• Strong Knowledge of mechanical engineering physics
• High Skills of at least one pressure vessel calculation software
• High Competence in engineering technical drawings construction and drawings good engineering practices
• Knowledge in plant guidelines & diagrams as P&ID reading and checking
• Fluent English language skills
