Lead Process Engineer

Role Overview

The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for the complete perimeter of Process Engineering, ensuring technical mastery, quality of deliverables, respect of deadlines and costs, throughout the project life cycle. This role plays a central role in the technical execution of complex energy production projects.

What You Will Do

Main responsibilities include project execution & contract management, planning & coordination, process engineering activities, quality & compliance, testing, site support & final documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in energy engineering or mechanical fluids, thermodynamics
• 5 years of experience in Process Engineering & Control in the energy or electricity sector
• Experience on site (minimum 3 months)
• Knowledge of the nuclear or energy sector
• Good knowledge of other disciplines involved in electricity generation engineering
• Knowledge of water-steam cycles and turbine and alternator auxiliaries in electricity generation
• Master of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate well, delegate, and supervise
• Ability to lead, motivate, and convince team members
