Job description
The Supplier Quality Engineer ensures appropriate controls are implemented by suppliers on purchased products, all along procurement, manufacturing and packing. This role involves supporting quality clarifications with suppliers, training suppliers on Arabelle Solutions' tools and processes, and preparing and participating in kick-off and pre-inspection meetings.
Perform inspections at suppliers' premises, issue inspection reports, analyze and validate inspection reports, lead or support the resolution of NCRs, conduct root cause analyses, and develop supplier improvement plans.
This role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, auditor certification, experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or project quality, and strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with suppliers and fluent in English.
