Architectural Technician

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Technical team member to join our Dublin office as part of our UK and Ireland Architectural Team, with a focus on diverse range of projects including Healthcare, Education, Transportation and Mixed-Use development.

Requirements

• Develop, coordinate and lead the detailed design & construction phases of projects of varying size
• Deliver high quality technical solutions, lead elements of complex large and small projects independently and within a team
• Maintain project documentation, drawings and specifications
• Conduct on-site inspections and document site reviews
• Process change control requests during construction and address RFI
• Understand and adhere to procedures including quality management and environmental management systems and health & safety
• Promote the use and continuous development of appropriate systems, procedures and protocols
• Support the project team with input to programming, resourcing and financial reviews
• Work collaboratively with the team and support junior members of staff
