Mechanical Inspector

Arcadis is looking for a Mechanical/MEP Inspector to join its team. The role will support industrial and commercial construction projects, performing inspections, reviewing submittals, and managing deficiency logs. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing and coordinating trade work construction, reviewing and responding to Contractor RFI's, and shop drawings/submittals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent education
• 5+ years' of Electrical or Mechanical Inspection experience, or 10+ years in commercial field inspection
• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control in construction projects
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Valid Driver's License required
