Principal Electrical Engineer - Building Services

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead and manage the electrical design delivery process across complex buildings projects. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering high quality design outcomes that meet the scope, budget, program and safety requirements of the project.

Requirements

• Deliver and sign-off on electrical design from feasibility study to practical completion for major projects, ensuring the highest level of sustainability, innovation and quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing decisions, and promoting Arcadis.
• Oversee resource allocation, collaborate with other design disciplines, and ensure the integrity of the overall design meets client expectations.
• Lead by example in technical issues, problem-solving, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
• Provide expertise, assist in technical decision-making, and offer creative solutions to project challenges.
• Work seamlessly with all disciplines and architects, employing a multidisciplinary design thinking mindset to ensure comprehensive and integrated project solutions.
• Be proactive in mentoring the team, fostering their growth and development.
• Engineering degree with Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
