Principal Engineer - Process Mechanical (US Water)

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Engineer - Process Mechanical to lead and develop a team of engineers & modelers working on complex projects in the North American region. The successful candidate will be based in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai and will be responsible for leading a large team, developing functional area expertise, and creating opportunities to implement new digital approaches on projects.

Requirements

• B.E in Mechanical Engineering / M.E / M. Tech in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University
• 15+ years’ experience
• Sound technical knowledge, academically good
• Experience working on ANA Projects
• Led and delivered multi-disciplinary projects and established strong relationships with members from ANA teams
• Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Mechanical, Civil and Environmental Engineering
• Awareness of software used for Piping and equipment modeling
• Exposure to Water and Watewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, Process, Plant Hydraulics, Process Modeling Softwares viz, BIOWIN is highly desirable
• Exposure to BIM
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Flexible to adopt new work/challenge work as per business requirement
